Meet Matt Arlick, a co-owner / operator of Dusty's Air Duct Cleaning. Matt operates the Tri-County & Fort Myers, Florida Locations.
Not only does Matt seamlessly perform all estimates, but his journey began humbly as a technician on a truck. Through his unwavering dedication and honing of skills over the years, he has become an indispensable asset to our team.

Elias Netz - Iowa District Manager
Meet Elias Netz, the district manager for the Northern Iowa locations.
Improving air quality for families and businesses has become his passion. He possesses years of experience in the HVAC industry and understands the vital role clean air / "breathe clean" plays in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a father and a husband, Elias is committed to sharing Dusty's Mission - providing the highest quality air.

Marine Air Duct Cleaning
Meet Jon Popiel, the Branch Manager of Pensacola, FL / Emerald Coast.
Jon recently joined the Dusty’s team after we acquired the business from Air Duct Cleaning of NW FL. He has been professionally cleaning air ducts for the last few years, where he has found a new passion for indoor air quality. Jon was interested in taking the next step in his career by becoming a full Branch Manager. He is in charge of the entire process from initial sales meeting to final completion.
He is a life-long Floridian and grew up in Fort Lauderdale. Previously, he spent ten years working on custom yachts repairing and installing canvas and upholstery.
Jon enjoys spends his free time with his wife and two children.
